Shipping Policy

RAVOOY ships pre-cut paint protection film kits from Guangzhou, China via UPS. US orders can currently be placed at checkout with free shipping. For other countries or regions, contact us so we can confirm UPS availability, delivery time, and charges before you order.

Order Processing

Orders normally ship within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Vehicle-specific, specialty, or temporarily unavailable patterns may require more time; if this applies, we will contact you before shipment.

Please review your vehicle information and shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Because pre-cut kits are prepared for the selected vehicle, changes may not be possible after cutting or packing has started.

Estimated Delivery

United States: Estimated UPS transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

For destinations outside the United States, please contact us for an individual shipping estimate before placing an order.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside RAVOOY's control may cause delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. You can check your shipment on our Track Order page.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. Any amount collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Additional charges may be assessed during customs clearance; contact us before ordering if you need more information.

Lost, Damaged, or Delivered but Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include your order number, packaging photos, and product photos. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We will help you review the available tracking information and carrier claim options.
